As of 1993, following the decision to open the Agriturismo La Torretta da Valentina, the Bignotti family starts to enhance their three main strengths.
Valentina, with her passion and dedication towards the art of cooking, has become the main pillar of the agriturismo.
Thanks to his skills both as a vine grower and as a “norcino”, in 1999 Claudio opens the norcineria (meat processing workroom) making it possible for Valentina to serve a great variety of fine cured meats in the agriturismo.
In 2015, after gaining experience from his parents, Morris starts a personal project that he had always desired and worked on over the years. This new project has been named “CANTINA VALENTE”.
